We’ll start by getting to know your running background, current fitness, and goals. You’ll complete a detailed athlete profile and we’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your training needs.
From there, I design a tailored 12-month plan that fits your goals to your lifestyle. This timeline includes a fully personalized Strength & Conditioning, Cross Training & Injury Prevention plan to go alongside running and adjusts as you progress.
We’ll also prepare for race day together, covering pacing, nutrition, and mental strategies so you feel confident when it matters most.

Consistent communication drives better outcomes. Every athlete responds differently to training, so regular check-ins and feedback loops keep the training responsive and progressive. You’ll have direct access to your coach, ensuring quick adjustments, shared insights, and a strong coach-athlete partnership geared towards progress and race day results.

My approach is evidence-based but flexible, blending proven training principles with an understanding of your lifestyle and goals. With my coaching, you will focus on the key development areas for successful distance running. You’ll learn to sustain higher speeds through lactate threshold development, unlock your aerobic potential with VO₂ Max work, and run more efficiently by improving your running economy. Add in tailored interval training and strength conditioning, and you’ll not only run faster but feel stronger and more in control every step of the way.

Each training phase will have its intention, depending on your level of fitness as you begin coaching. You will be provided with training that builds strength, volume, and speed in the right order, designed to help you improve consistently without injury, and enjoy the process along the way.
