I’m Ryan, a runner who discovered the power of one‑on‑one coaching back in 2020. After seeing how structured guidance took me under three hours in my first marathon and kept my love for the sport alive, I moved to the US, completed certified online coach training and launched this practice.

My philosophy is simple: clear, logical plans plus real‑time support create breakthroughs and keep you motivated, mile after mile. Whether you’re a beginner runner unsure where to start, or an experienced marathoner aiming to break through a training plateau, i’m here to help you achieve your goals with a progressive, structured approach that keeps the joy in running.

With my coaching, every session has a purpose. I’ll help you improve your lactate threshold so you can run faster for longer, use interval training to sharpen your speed and endurance, and integrate progressive long runs to build confidence for race day. Alongside your running plan, I’ll guide you through targeted strength and conditioning to make you a stronger, more resilient athlete. The goal isn’t just to log miles, but to train smarter, reduce injury risk, and develop the physical and mental tools to reach your full potential.

With my coaching, you will focus on the key development areas for successful distance running. You’ll learn to sustain higher speeds through lactate threshold development, unlock your aerobic potential with VO₂ Max work, and run more efficiently by improving your running economy. Add in tailored interval training and strength conditioning, and you’ll not only run faster but feel stronger and more in control every step of the way.

  • I coach beginners training for their first 5K through to experienced athletes chasing marathon PBs. My focus is helping busy people fit running into life while still making consistent progress.

  • I start by getting to know your running background, current fitness, and goals. You’ll complete a detailed athlete profile and we’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your training needs.

    From there, I design a tailored 12-month plan that fits your lifestyle, includes the right mix of running, cross training, and recovery, and adjusts as you progress.

    We’ll also prepare for race day together, covering pacing, nutrition, and mental strategies so you feel confident when it matters most.

  • I offer coaching in 6-month or 12-month blocks, with a minimum 6-month commitment so we can make real progress together. Prices vary depending on where you’re based and your currency - I’ll confirm your rate when you get in touch.
